03 / Amalia Puga and Proxecto Bolina
Amalia Puga is a Galician designer and craftswoman, founder of Proxecto Bolina, an initiative that explores how contemporary design can help recover and revitalise craft techniques at risk of disappearing.
Her work starts from the meeting point between traditional knowledge and innovation, exploring new possibilities for craft materials and processes. Through Proxecto Bolina she runs workshops where she shares these techniques and shows how they can be reinterpreted through design, creating new objects and applications. Her approach champions craft knowledge and its capacity to keep evolving.
