Discover the world of Mediterranean rice dishes in a hands-on workshop at La Clandestina de Poblenou. We'll cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients, learn techniques and share what we've made in a friendly, unhurried atmosphere.
A gastronomic experience you can book for private groups, companies and private gatherings. You can also join one of the upcoming open sessions.
01 / The experience
We'll start with a vermouth and small appetisers while we get to know each other and discover the basics of Mediterranean rice.
Then we'll share out the tasks and prepare the ingredients together. Everyone takes part: from making the sofrito and tasting the stock to following the rice as it cooks, sharing cooking tips and tricks along the way.
Step by step, we'll learn how to build flavour, get the right texture and achieve the socarrat.
We'll finish around the table, enjoying the rice dishes we've made with local wines and a small dessert.
